Trinity Sunday: God who comes to us in different, ever-expanding ways. Traditional language spoke of “Father, Son and Holy Spirit.” More recently, we have used the images of “Creator, Redeemer and Sustainer of life”. How do we talk about God when words alone are not adequate? A combination of metaphors sometimes brings us closer to understanding this cosmic energy we call God. Communion will be celebrated.
