You are invited to join me – Rev. Keith – and area United Churches for a combined Ash Wednesday Service (7 pm, March 5) at Jerseyville United Church (17 Field Rd, Jerseyville). It is always good to gather together with other congregations, supporting each other and celebrating our unity. Together we are the United Church in the Ancaster area. I encourage you to participate in this ritual as a way to enter into Lent. As part of our worship, you will have the opportunity to receive the gift of ashes as a reminder that we come from God and return to God.
